development, implementation and functional integration of system wide HR
policies and programs, and providing HR administrative oversight and
leadership to employees at all organizational levels through close working
relationships with management staff. Requires a Bachelors Degree in HR,
Business, or related field. Prefer a MHA or MBA with emphasis in Industrial
Relations or Organizational Behavior. Professional cert a plus. Must have a
minimum of 7 years of senior level HR experience including labor relations;
at least 10 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
involving both outpatient practice and inpatient management
responsibilities; and a broad based understanding of all aspects of HR and
related legal/regulatory issues.
Wenatchee is located on the eastern side of WA State, along

JOB SUMMARY: Administers leave
processes for the caregivers ensuring compliance with federal and state
family and medical leave laws and other statutes or policies that may
apply.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensures that caregivers receive all leave entitlements, including tracking
of hours for FMLA and absenteeism, return to work considerations or
alternative placements as required. Coordinates and initiates actions
required to administer leave and attendance programs/processes. Provides
training to managers and other leave originators. Stays abreast of
changes in leave laws/regulations and updating policies and
procedures. Handles protected health
information as a representative of the PeaceHealth medical, dental, vision
and medical spending account plans in a manner that protects the
confidentiality of the Plan participants.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent
knowledge obtained through a combination of education, training and
experience.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
'Two years of experience in a related role, preferably in a Human Resource
or healthcare setting.
'Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave laws is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS: Proficient in

Required Qualifications

More than 5 years of HR experience working in a
capacity of Strategic HR Business Partner in a medium to large organization
of 5,000 or more employees
Human Resources experience or knowledge in the health
care industry
2-3 years of progressive people management experience
Working knowledge of organizational behavior and organizational
development, workforce and talent management, change management, and formal
consultation processes, with ability to integrate a full range of
consulting capabilities
Excellent project management skill
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and SPHR or equivalent certification
