Manager of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS


Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland, 12 miles northeast of Seattle is seeking a Manager of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.  This full-time position is responsible for providing and directing a broad spectrum of human resources services for management and staff. These areas include compensation planning, program development and administration; benefits plan design and administration; human resource information systems structure design and procedural development and HR records oversight.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.  Six (6) to eight (8) years progressively responsible experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS and four (4) to five (5) years management experience in an integrated medical center environment required.

HR DIRECTOR FOR PHYSICIAN SERVICES

Providence is calling an HR Director for Physician Services.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to be responsible for creating and implementing strategies, policies and programs to integrate and align the Physician Division of Providence Health & Services. The HR Director participates in planning, organizing, developing, implementation and evaluating all areas of human resources in the Physician Division. This individual develops and ensures effective on-going support and structure of selection and retention programs, on boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits in coordination with HR Strategic Services, policy, practices and procedures in a manner which reflects the mission of Providence Health & Services. The director provides consultation and expertise to all local area Physician Division HR staff.

Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, industrial relations or related field.
Licenses/Certifications: PHR/SPHR preferred
Experience: At least seven years of experience in a leadership role in Human Resources with progressively responsible experience and specific knowledge of physician practice management, strategy development for sourcing and selection, retention, labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits. Experience, understanding and application of organizational development strategies to include change management and culture based transition is required. The successful individual will have physician practice management experience as a strategic business partner, assessing, developing and implementing employee relations, total compensation, change management, performance management techniques and tools with measured outcomes.

Human Resources Director

 

Prosser Public Hospital District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Director.  The Director is responsible for the administration of the HR functions including recruitment, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and benefits.  The hospital district has 300 employees to serve the needs of patients in our hospital, nursing home, clinics and a variety of outpatient settings. 

 

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field, and 5 years human resources management experience.  Prefer management experience in healthcare with a SPHR or PHR certification.  Management experience in a union environment strongly preferred.
