HR Consultant or Sr. HR Consultant Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant or Sr. HR Consultant.  We are a non-profit, faith-based, mission and values oriented organization delivering exceptional medicine and compassionate care to our patients and their families.  This is a full time, benefitted temporary position with estimated duration to be one year.  

Skills/background needed:  A  minimum of 6 years of experience as a generalist/specialist in employee relations, preferably in a health care environment.  Demonstrated functional and strategic understanding of Compensation.

Demonstrated expertise in employee & labor relations, recruitment, strategic HR implementation, measurement, and exceptional team building skills. Comprehensive knowledge of laws, acts and regulations associated with HR and labor relations. 

We are located about 45 minutes north of Portland, OR, along the Interstate 5 corridor.
