WASHINGTON STATE HEALTHCARE HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATION JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Communications Liaison SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Serves to support WSHHRA’s member communication and recruitment effort by the establishment and maintenance of various communication tools. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and maintain WSHHRA’s networking sites—Facebook, Google Group, LinkedIn, and others as determined by future demand. 2. Review pending posts to WSHHRA’s listserv for appropriate content before distributing to the listserv group. 3. Promote and facilitate WSHHRA’s Facebook page as a means for members to network. 4. Promote and facilitate WSHHRA’s LinkedIn account, tying to relevate organizations and associations, ie ashhra. 5. Provide technical support to WSHHRA members concerning the aforementioned networking sites as needed. 6. Serve as a Board Member of WSHHRA, representing the needs of the membership and goals of WSHHRA to the best of one’s ability. 7. In the absence of the board member, the board member will arrange for coverage at the board meeting. Rev3.10, 2/12
